Odhiambo played the full match and provided the assist for ESK's opening goal, while Osama was introduced in the 88th minute as the visitors sealed a professional cup performance.
The win sets up an attractive second-round clash against Allsvenskan side Västerås SK, who will visit Enavallen on 19 August.
Rågsved entered the match full of confidence following an impressive first half of the season in Division Two and were the first side to threaten.
In the 13th minute, ESK goalkeeper Astor was called into action, tipping a dangerous effort onto the crossbar before the hosts fired another attempt over the bar moments later.
Despite enjoying the lion's share of possession, ESK struggled to break down a compact Rågsved defense during the opening half.
The visitors came close in the 26th minute when a dangerous delivery across goal nearly found Felix Johansson, while a series of corners and a free-kick in a promising position failed to yield the breakthrough.
Although ESK controlled possession, Rågsved looked dangerous on the counterattack and created some of the better opportunities in a first half that ended goalless.
The visitors returned from the break with greater urgency and began to turn the screw. Axel Sveijer tested the home goalkeeper with a powerful effort that was pushed behind for a corner as ESK increased the pressure.
Their breakthrough finally arrived in the 56th minute. Odhiambo played a key role in the move, supplying the assist after Andres Omondi received possession near the byline before delivering a low ball across goal for Johansson to tap home and make it 1-0.
The goal marked a special moment for Johansson, who recently returned to action after spending several months sidelined through injury.
Shortly after finding the net, Johansson was withdrawn and replaced by Lucky Nwafor, a substitution that paid immediate dividends.
In the 65th minute, Nwafor initially saw his effort saved by the goalkeeper but reacted quickest to convert the rebound and double ESK's advantage.
Rågsved continued to pose a threat on the break and struck the crossbar again just after the 70-minute mark as they searched for a way back into the contest.
However, ESK remained disciplined defensively and comfortably managed the closing stages.
The visitors freshened up their side with several substitutions, including the introduction of Osama alongside Alexander Hughes late in the game, before seeing out the victory without major alarms.
The result sends ESK into the second round of the Swedish Cup, where a stern test awaits against top-flight outfit Västerås SK.
