Last season, Posta beat Bidco 3-1 in the first leg before the two sides drew 0-0 in the return fixture

Struggling Bidco United and Posta Rangers will face off in an FKF Premier League match at the Kasarani Annex this afternoon, with both teams hoping to end their winless run that has stretched for weeks.

Ahead of the game, United will be looking to stop a poor run that has seen them fail to win their last five matches, having produced three draws and two losses.

Posta, on the other hand, have failed to win their last six, drawing three and losing three.

Last time out, Bidco suffered a last-minute heartbreak when Kenya Police scored a stoppage-time winner at Nyayo Stadium.

The team had staged a comeback from two goals down to draw 2-2, only to concede at the end of the match, something coach Anthony Akhulia attributed to concentration lapses at a critical moment.

"In the match against Police, we lost concentration in the added minutes when it mattered most. They added five minutes, and we needed to stay calm and defend well, especially the long balls they were floating into our danger area,” Akhulia said.

“We did well to come back into the match and score twice, which was a plus for us, but we let it slip away in the dying minutes. That is a moment we should have defended better.”

Posta will begin a new chapter under new leadership in the game against Bidco.

Coach Sammy Omollo has since exited the club, with his assistant Collins 'Korea' Omondi has being handed the mantle as interim coach.

It is not the first time Korea is handling the club as interim coach, having done so a few years back.

His main concern will be the team’s lack of goals. They have managed only three goals in their last six matches, an area he hopes to improve starting with the game against United.
