Total madness! Tierney and McTominay send Scotland to World Cup after crazy win over Denmark

They are back at the WC for the first time since 1998, just like Ralf Rangnick's Austria
It's been 28 years since Scotland's last World Cup appearance, but Scott McTominay and his teammates decided it's time to end this dreadful wait. And to do it sensationally!
Scots are back at the World Cup following a larger-than-life 4-2 victory over Denmark in a do-or-die clash on Tuesday night at Hampden Park. This game will go down in history as one of the most electrifying battles ever witnessed on European soil in the qualifiers. And rightfully so...
Not just because McTominay opened the scoring with a jaw-dropping bicycle kick inside the opening three minutes, not just because his Napoli teammate Rasmus Hojlund equalised from the spot, not just because his former Manchester United teammate Patrick Dorgu cold-bloodedly pushed the Dannes on the brink of the qualification... No, it was the craziest possible, frantic stoppage time that made all the difference in the clash of the two sides, in which Denmark needed just a point to qualify for the World Cup, but the brave Scottish heart prevailed. And triumphed!
It was ex-Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney who made Hampden go wild with a late stunner, three minutes into the added time, before McLean sealed the victory with a goal from the halfway line, as Kasper Schmeichel was too far out from the touchline.
In truth, the visitors were just 13 minutes away from a massive upset. Still, Marcel Sabitzer and his side managed to level the score through Michael Gregoritsch and book themselves a World Cup ticket in time, while Bosnia will have to try their luck in the playoffs, just like Denmark.
