The former Chelsea and Liverpool striker was recently spotted enjoying his holiday in Kenya, with videos circulating on TikTok showing the England-born star exploring the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
Solanke’s visit to Kenya comes just days after celebrating two major life milestones: helping Tottenham lift the UEFA Europa League title and marrying his long-time partner, Erica Raimondi, in a breathtaking ceremony near Lake Como, Italy.
The couple tied the knot on 17 June and are believed to be honeymooning in Kenya.
On Instagram, Solanke captioned a photo from the wedding, "Mr & Mrs Solanke, Forever and always," while his wife wrote,
"Thank goodness for a honeymoon because the wedding blues would be hitting so hard right now."
Born in Reading to a Yoruba father and English mother, Solanke came through the Chelsea academy before moving to Liverpool in 2017.
However, regular game time under Jürgen Klopp proved elusive, prompting a move to Bournemouth, where he enjoyed a career revival.
Over five seasons with the Cherries, Solanke netted 72 goals in 199 appearances, earning a high-profile move to Tottenham Hotspur in 2024.
He joined Spurs in a deal worth Kshs 11 billion, becoming head coach Ange Postecoglou’s lead striker.
Despite a turbulent Premier League campaign that saw Spurs flirt with relegation, the North London club finished on a high, defeating Manchester United to clinch the Europa League title
Solanke was instrumental in that historic final in Bilbao, starting and playing the full 90 minutes.
He closed the season with an impressive 16 goals and 8 assists across all competitions, including 9 direct goal contributions in the Europa League.
