UCL: A goalkeper's goal saves Lazio from defeat

Aletico won in Italy while Feyenoord was better than Celtic 2-0
It was the 94th minute of the game, and even the hardcore Lazio fans were leaving the stadium. And then the referee gave the hosts one last free-kick. Alberto took the shot, and out of nowhere, to the surprise of all Atletico players, the home team keeper came in and levelled the score with a great header: Lazio – Atletico Madrid 1-1. Ivan Provedel ended up being the hero of the night, overshadowing the visitor's scorer Pablo Barrios, who gave Atletico the lead and got himself in the club’s history books in the process. With a (lucky) goal in the 29th minute, he became the youngest Spanish player to score for Atletico in the Champions League. Before him, Saul Niguez was the record holder against Astana in 2015 (20 years and 334 days).
Barrios’ goal was the only important thing seen in the first half. Lazio’s captain, Ciro Immobile, had a great chance but missed it in the 56th minute. Atletico’s coach Cholo Simeone will not be pleased with two things: missed opportunities to score the second goal and put the game away and terrible defending in the last action of the night when Provedel managed to score in front of three Atletico players. Morata had his chances to put one in, but failed, Luis Alberto’s strike skimmed the crossbar and Danilo Cataldi’s shot was somehow saved by Oblak in the 90th minute, but it was just not to be for Atletico tonight.
