Veteran Bale takes on Belgium's dream team in a cold Thursday night showdown

UEFA Nations League is definitely not a grand prize or a premium competition, but still, there are plenty of reasons to take it more than seriously. Especially if one of its top groups is comprised of nothing but impeccable teams which have all booked their spot at the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

That's the exact case with the Group 4 of the Nations League top division, as both of the Round 5 games are scheduled for tonight.

Probably the most intriguing match will take place in Belgium, where the hosts meet with Wales, with a lot at stake for both sides.

Two rounds before the end of the group stage, Belgium are three points adrift of the leader, the Netherlands, whom they will host in the ultimate round. That could be a crucial encounter to decide who'll go to playoffs, but only if the Red Devils - led by Kevin de Bruyne, Axel Witsel and Eden Hazard - top Gareth Bale's team tonight.

On the other end, the Dragons feel the fire burning under their feet, as they desperately need points to avoid relegation to division B.

Wales are at the bottom with three losses and just one draw against Belgium at home.

As we mentioned already, a small curiosity of this group is that all four slots managed to qualify for the World Cup, so these games in the Nations League are actually their last competitive tests ahead of the Qatar tournament.
