The two sides are one of the favourites to lift the cup, and while many pundits fancied a final meeting of the two sides, fate has brought a final before a final.
Speaking to the media after their last group match win over South Sudan outfit Yei Joint Stars FC, Kondo stated why he fancies his team's chances against the law enforcers

“It will be a great tactical game and we believe that to be a big team, you have to play and win against big teams. We knew we will meet them at some point, and so we will prepare well for them, and are confident for a win,” said Kondo.
JKT needed just a draw to qualify for the semi final, but proceeded in style after an improved second half that saw them score twice following a barren draw in the first half.
“The match was not easy because both teams knew each other. We were all looking for wins and luckily we were the better side.
We asked them to get composed and play as a team instead of everyone waiting to score. I am glad they listened and we got the goals,” he stated.
Police equally booked a place in the semi final after winning all their two group matches, the latest being a 2-0 win over Eritrean side Denden FC courtesy of goals from Emily Moranga and Zaina Namuleme.
Despite the win, Bullets’ head coach Beldine Odemba lamented the missed goal scoring opportunities by her side but stated her team’s readiness to face JKT.
“We created a lot of chances but missed opportunities. It is now time for us to convert the chances by training. We have time to work on that and get our win on Sunday
We are ready for them. We came to the tournament to play any team that comes our way,” Odemba said.
