The former Arsenal midfielder led Luton Town to their second EFL Trophy triumph, beating Stockport County in the grand final at Wembley Stadium 3-1
Jack Wilshere has started following in Arsene Wenger's footsteps!
The legendary Arsenal boss won 17 trophies with the Gunners and introduced numerous young players, among them a boy from Stevenage who made his first football steps at Luton Town.
It's hard to say whether the Frenchman knew the lad would one day become a manager, but his coaching career is off to an excellent start, as that kid, Wilshere, now a 34-year-old man, has won his maiden trophy as a head coach in his first season in the dugout!

After working as an assistant and caretaker manager at Norwich City last season, the former England international took over his boyhood club, Luton, last October.
The League One campaign has been decent, as the popular Hatters are still fighting for a place in the play-offs, but the EFL Trophy journey has been exceptional, bringing them their second-ever triumph in this knockout competition open to all the clubs in the third and fourth tiers of English football as well as to U-21 teams of the Premier League and Championship clubs.
Yesterday, Luton beat Stockport County in the grand final at Wembley 3-1, securing Wilshere his maiden managerial trophy after only 38 games on their bench.
Today at Luton, one day perhaps at Arsenal. The Gunners crave a winning mentality and a coach capable of claiming trophies anyway, and Wilshere has shown he can tick these boxes.
