Declan Rice is first on the Tuchel's list, alongside Lukaku, Lewandowski, Adama Traore, Orelin Tchuameni...

As there was no mass celebration on the streets of London with the fans because of the crown, the Chelsea football players marked the winning of the Champions League with a private party, and then they ran away. Some will have longer, some shorter vacations due to the EURO and the Copa America.

Some will not return to London, such as Sergio Aguero, who is already at Barcelona, and very possibly Tamy Abraham, whom Thomas Tuchel, omitting from the protocol for the finals with Manchester City, clearly told that he was not in his plans.

It is clear that after winning the Champions League, there will not be any significant changes in the team. According to the information of the Telegraph, Tuchel told Chelsea's owner Roman Abramovich that he only needed three people to refresh the existing squad. It is alleged that these are the right-back, central midfielder, and striker. The latter, as usual, attracts the most attention.

As Timo Werner failed to continue his fantastic goal-scoring performance from RB Leipzig, veteran Olivier Giroud's contract expires in a month, and Hudson-Odoi and Abraham mentioned above are not (yet) the capacity for the Champions League winner, the Londoners are determined to bring a scorer who will be able to lead the team in fierce Premier League and UCL next season.

So far, four names are mentioned: Romelu Lukaku, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, but also Robert Lewandowski, which could be much cheaper because Bayern allegedly agrees to sell him for 60 million euros.

Most of the English media, however, report today that Chelsea is seriously interested in the return of Lukaku. He was the Blues from 2011 to 2014, but he spent most of the time on loan at the WBA and Everton. He was then sold to the Caramels from Liverpool for just over 35 million euros, to be bought by Manchester United for 85m 2017, and then sold to Inter for ten less two years later. It is now mentioned that its value is around 120,000,000.

The 28-year-old had a fantastic season, during which he netted 30 times and had ten assists in 44 games. He did win Serie A with Inter, but the departure of Antonio Conte from the bench could have a chain reaction...

When it comes to other positions, the first name on Tuchel's wishlist for the CM is Declan Rice from West Ham. If they fail to sign him, another target is Monaco's 21-year-old Orelin Tchouameni, who would cost much less than 65 million euros as the Hammers expect for their player. Jonas Hoffman from Borussia Monchengladbach and Adam Traore from Wolverhampton are mentioned among the candidates for the right-wing.
