After two consecutive Serie A losses, and even though the visitors broke the deadlock first, Juventus emerged victorious behind the young Turk's brace - 2-1
Despite the change on the bench and Luciano Spalletti's arrival, Juventus are still trying to find their form. However, today they made a significant step forward, both in terms of confidence and the Serie A table, beating Cagliari at home 2-1.

It didn't start well, as the visitors from Sardinia threw the first punch, breaking the deadlock in the 26th minute over Sebastiano Esposito. However, the Bianconeri's response was as quick as it gets, given that they equalized just a minute later.
Pierre Kalulu, Dusan Vlahovic, and Khephren Thuram organized the attack, which Kenan Yildiz finished with a precise effort from inside the box.
Shortly after, the Serbian striker - and Juve's top scorer - was forced to leave the pitch due to an injury, so the young Turk had to take the burden of netting on his own back. And he coped with it terrifically!
The first-half added time was in progress, and the visitors were already getting ready to get some rest, when they were caught off guard. The centre-back Kalulu once again joined the attack and sent a great pass inside, where Yildiz seized the chance, putting Juve in front and completing a brace.

After the break, Spalletti's men did what they do best - defended their lead.
They could have increased it through Francisco Conceicao, Teun Koopmeiners, and Andrea Cambiaso, but could have also gambled it away had it not been for the goalkeeper Mattia Perin, who stood up several times.
Thanks to this triumph, Juve are now seventh, but sit just four points behind the leaders Roma, though the Giallorossi have yet to play their match of the 13th Serie A round.
