The men's premier league title will be decided by a crucial tie between Butali Warriors and Western Jaguars on Sunday
In a thrilling end of the 2023 Kenya Hockey Union (KHU) Leagues, this weekend is action packed with crucial matches set to be played on Sunday, 25th February 2024.
In the men's Premier League today, Kenya Police will face off against Sikh Union Nairobi at 3 pm, followed by a clash between Wazalendo and Strathmore University at 6 pm.
The curtains come down on the 2023/24 season this weekend. We begin with the Playoffs of the Mens National League: KISII Falcons meet @uonbi mens team as @Kitalehockey lock horns with @ImpalaClub. The winner & 1st runner up gain promotion to the Super League, who will it be? pic.twitter.com/yiw86V8KF5

In the women's Premier League, Kenyatta University takes on Blazers at 4 pm, while the University of Nairobi locks horns with Lakers at 2 pm.
In Mombasa, the men's super league will witness Mombasa Sports Club hosting Multimedia University men at 3 pm.
Simultaneously, Kenyatta University men confront Daikyo Heroes, who have already been declared champions, at 1 pm.
In the women's super league, Mombasa Sports Club welcomes Multimedia University at 1 pm. Additionally, the National League men's playoffs feature an intense battle between the University of Nairobi and Kisii Falcons at 10 am, with Kitale taking on Impala at 12 noon.
Sunday's schedule holds the key to the league's fate.
The national league men's playoff final at 10 am will determine the teams earning promotion to the men's super league. At 12 noon, bitter rivals Blazers and Lakers play the women's Premier League final match. However, the spotlight of the weekend falls on the men's premier league final at 2 pm, featuring a showdown between Butali Warriors and Western Jaguars.
The outcome of the men's premier league final holds significant implications. If Western Jaguars emerge victorious against Butali Warriors, their triumph will hinge on the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT) verdict regarding the postponed match between Butali Warriors and KCA University.
Conversely, a Butali Warriors win would render the contested match inconsequential to the final standings, potentially overshadowing the SDT's decision.
