Day Four of action at the Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) National Term One Games saw semifinal battles setting up a thrilling final day at the coastal city of Mombasa.
In boys’ hockey, St. Anthony’s Boys Kitale and Musingu High School booked their places in the national final after dispatching their semi-final opponents in style.

St. Anthony’s overcame M-Pesa Academy 3-1, while Musingu were ruthless in a 4-0 win over St. Charles Lwanga.
This sets up a familiar showdown as the two powerhouses meet in the national final for a third consecutive year, rekindling one of the fiercest rivalries in school hockey.
In the hockey girls' category, defending champions Tigoi Girls edged past Mwiki 1-0 to secure their place in the final.
St. Joseph’s Girls Kitale, went ahead to keep their nationals cleansheet beating Ng’iya Girls 2-0 to set up a mouth-watering final against Tigoi.
In the basketball boys’ semi-finals, Laiser Hill Academy edged out Dagoretti High School 85-83 in a thrilling encounter that went down to the wire.
Dr. Aggrey advanced to the final after a hard-fought 70-66 win over Lukenya.
In the basketball girls' category, Kaya Tiwi remained unbeaten, defeating St. Joseph’s 60-42 to earn their spot in the final.

St. Joseph’s Girls Kitale secured their spot in the final with a commanding 32-16 victory against Dagoretti Mixed.
In rugby, Western region giants Vihiga High School and Kisii School set up a Western-Nyanza Region final after grinding out narrow victories in their semi-final matches.
Vihiga edged Upper Hill 10-8 in a bruising contest, while Kisii School shocked defending champions All Saints Embu 12-3 in a dominant defensive display.
