He sent a message of intent in the Quarter Finals, proving too good for Camzy as he dispatched him 3-1 in a game that he dominated from start to finish played with his favored Angers SCO.
In the semis, he weathered the storm of a stiff challenge from teenage sensation Harry Kappa in a tense and closely contested match that ended 2-2 over two legs forcing a penalty shoot-out where Demon kept his composure to score all three in the process of saving all three to emerge with a 3-0 victory.

The final match, a best of three series also produced a great spectacle as Demon found a way around the stubborn Dennis Mbemba.
He won the first of the three ties 1-0 despite playing with a red card for a better part of the second half.
In the second tie, Mbemba caused a scare after staging a two-goal comeback in a match that appeared to have been out of his reach when he was trailing 2-0 at half time, setting the arena into a frenzy.
It is in extra time that Demon made his experience count as he scored deep in the second half to win 3-2.
Demon shall now represent Kenya in Paris, France on May 13th 2023, where he shall face champions from other regions in a battle for the €8000 Euros prize money.
