GSU, Chema set for explosive Mozzart Kenya Cup final showdown

The winners in each category will receive KSh300,000, while the runners-up will earn KSh200,000. The third-placed teams will each pocket KSh100,000.
The stage is set for the 2026 Mozzart Kenya Cup at the Kasarani Indoor Arena, where the finals and third-place playoffs will be played.
In the men's category, GSU will square off against Chema in what promises to be a thrilling final. GSU booked their place in the decider following a hard-fought 3-2 victory over KPA in a semifinal played on Saturday.
The manner in which GSU secured the win was a testament to the hard work, resilience and determination the team has displayed throughout the tournament. They will now be aiming to crown that effort with the cup title.
Chema, on the other hand, have continued to announce their arrival on the Kenyan volleyball scene after securing a place in the final with a 3-1 victory over Kenya Prisons. Chema will be hoping to lift the cup in their maiden season, a triumph that would also ease the pain of losing the league final to KPA.
The men's final, which is expected to attract thousands of supporters, is scheduled to start at 1400 hrs. Before the final, KPA and Kenya Prisons will battle for third place from 1200 hrs, with both sides seeking to finish the tournament on a high and claim bragging rights.
In the women's category, KCB will have an opportunity to defend their title when they face Kenya Pipeline Authority (KPA) in the final, also scheduled for 1400 hrs.
