The title showdown, scheduled to run from Friday to Sunday, marks the end of a highly competitive season and guarantees a change of guard after defending champions General Service Unit (GSU) were knocked out in the quarterfinals.
GSU's title defense came to an abrupt end last month in Mombasa after they were eliminated by Kenya Prisons, opening the door for a new champion to emerge.
Chema has enjoyed a remarkable debut campaign in the top flight after earning promotion from Division Two last season.
The newcomers secured their place in the final by overcoming Kenya Prisons in the semifinals earlier this month at Kasarani, capping an impressive run that has established them as one of the country's elite clubs.
Standing in their way are KPA, one of the league's most consistent sides in recent years.
The dockers, who finished runners-up last season, booked their place in the final after defeating Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) in the last four and will be aiming to convert another title opportunity into silverware.
The opening match of the final series is scheduled for Friday at 4:00 p.m., with the champion to be decided on a best-of-three basis.
Regardless of who lifts the trophy, both KPA and Chema have already secured qualification for the 2027 African Clubs Championship after finishing among the top two teams in the league standings.
In the women's competition, defending champions Kenya Pipeline will face former champions Kenya Prisons in another eagerly anticipated best-of-three final series at the same venue.
Pipeline booked their place in the final after overcoming DCI in the semifinals, while Prisons advanced by defeating KCB to set up a clash between two of Kenya's most successful women's volleyball sides.
The women's final is expected to provide another thrilling contest as Pipeline seeks to retain their title while Prisons targets a return to the summit of Kenyan volleyball.
Both finalists have also qualified for next year's African Clubs Championship.
