Two high-stakes clashes are lined up for a 3:00 pm kick-off, with Administration Police (AP) Warriors facing Kabarak University at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), while Kenya Prisons host Sigalagala National Polytechnic in Ruiru.

AP Warriors, who are under the tutelage of KCB Rugby fullback Levy Amunga, will look to continue their dominant run after dismantling Kilifi Titans 30-6 in the quarterfinals. Their clinical attacking display and solid defensive structure marked them as one of the favorites for promotion.

Standing in their way is a confident Kabarak University side that booked their semifinal spot with a commanding 24-11 victory over Kisii Polytechnic. Kabarak have shown composure and physicality throughout the campaign and will be aiming to upset AP Warriors in what is expected to be a tightly contested encounter.

Meanwhile, Kenya Prisons will enjoy home advantage when they take on Sigalagala National Polytechnic at the Prisons Staff College in Ruiru.

Prisons advanced to the last four after brushing aside Makueni RFC 23-6 with a disciplined performance, while Sigalagala arrive with momentum after edging Eldopoly Community 27-26 in one of the most dramatic quarterfinal clashes of the season.

Kenya Prisons head coach Samuel Njoroge has named an experienced squad for the decisive showdown, with captain Evans Kinoti leading the front row alongside Hillary Asige and Stephen Kuria.

Okello Amuga and Albert Apollo are expected to anchor the second row, while Patrick Kabiru, Myron Kweyo, and James Mwangi complete the back row.

Mark Mugambi and Benson Kihiti will control matters at halfback, while Rodgers Alukwe and Onesmas Kimani provide pace on the wings. Keith Ouma and Farrington Musa start in midfield, with vice-captain Peter Moinde slotting in at fullback.

Prisons have also named an impact bench featuring Stanley Ochieng, Musyoka Muasya, Kelvin Kariuki, Dancun Amudavi, Salbatore Olasa, Bruce Brian, Moses Gitati, and Ian Wanjau.

With promotion hopes hanging in the balance, Saturday’s semifinals promise intense battles, physical contests, and potentially season-defining moments for all four teams.
