The game kicked off with a flurry of infringements and a series of heavy collisions, setting the tone for a gritty affair.
Kabras’ Jackson Siketi nearly opened the scoring but a handling error derailed the opportunity. It was KCB who broke the deadlock after Festus Shiasi teed up Floyd Wabwire, who fended off Victor Otieno to score the opening try. The conversion was off.
Moments later, Wabwire was at it again, finishing off an excellent sequence of passes to bag his brace, even surviving a high tackle on his way to the try line. The halftime score read 10-0 in favour of KCB.

The second half resumed at a furious pace, but an injury to KCB's George Ooro forced a substitution, with Bob Muhatu stepping in.
Kabras, plagued by uncharacteristic errors, struggled to convert pressure into points. Though they managed a late consolation try, it proved insufficient as KCB held on to claim the win.
Meanwhile, Strathmore Leos cruised into the final with a dominant 28-0 demolition of Nakuru RFC.
Nakuru kicked off the match and quickly gained possession following an offside call against the Leos. They showed early promise through Gabriel Ayimba, who made a line break before offloading to Nygel Amaitsa for the opening try. The conversion was on target.
In the second half, Arnold Mwita orchestrated a brilliant play, setting up Stanslus Shikoli for a textbook try under the posts, with another clean conversion to stretch the lead.

Nakuru struggled to regain momentum, and Ayimba once again made his mark by breaking through and setting up Victor Mola for the third try.
Amaitsa would later complete his brace by exploiting space on the outside, and Samuel Wafula added the extras.
A handling error from Nakuru late in the game sealed their fate, and the Leos walked off with a clean sheet and a ticket to the final.
