The Moroccan star is hopeful his loan at Old Trafford will be turned into a permanent move
Sofyan Amrabat, Manchester United's loanee, has expressed his strong desire to extend his tenure at the club after making an impressive debut.
Amrabat, who joined on loan for a fee of $10.45 million at the close of the last transfer window, showcased his skills in an unconventional left-back position during United's 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup.
Manchester United has the power to determine Amrabat's future, as there is a pre-arranged option for a permanent transfer valued at $20.75 million, with an additional $5.25 million in potential add-ons.
"I don't think about my long-term future. For me, today, I am a Manchester United player. The only thing I can do every day is to give everything that I have, to do my best, to try to help the team. I hope we have a fantastic season, I hope we can win something, and then later, we will see what will happen. Of course, I would love to stay here, but that's not important for me. I don't look too far into the future."

United's rivals Liverpool were also linked with Amrabat, who was formerly a target for Tottenham. The 27-year-old revealed after Tuesday night's win at Old Trafford that he fielded several offers for his services.
"After the last game with Fiorentina, the Conference League final with West Ham, from that moment, the window started for me. A lot of clubs, a lot of talking, but it was clear I wanted Manchester United. It was long, long months for me, difficult months for me, but at the end, it's nice on the last day that I signed here and that I'm here is now the most important thing."
