The tactician is confident of bagging maximum points this weekend to better his chances of reaching the knockout stage.
As the Women Premier League (WPL) regular season enters the homestretch, zone B side Trans Nzoia Falcons still have a chance at playoff qualification but coach Chris Amwayi says they are taking it one match at a time.
Falcons need to win their two remaining matches and hope that Nakuru West Queens and Kisumu All Starlets lose their respective matches to land the available third place slot to the playoffs set to begin on June 19.

Amwayi's charges have a date with relegation bound Oserian Ladies as they host them in Kitale on Saturday, June 5. After the Oserian test, Falcons face holders and Zone B leaders Vihiga Queens, who have gone unbeaten in 12 matches, on June 12 for the final regular season match.
"My focus for now is getting maximum points in our clash against Oserain this weekend. After that then we can plan on how to handle the Vihiga match. We picked a draw against Oserain on their own tuff,in the first leg, and even though it might look like an easy fixture, we have to be fully prepared for it. After the Kisumu draw, we have gotten back to training and will be hoping to take the same energy into the Oserain match," said Amwayi.
In their weekend clash away to Kisumu, Falcons had to dig deep to score two late goals for a three-all draw. A win would have take them to fourth place, just two points off third placed Nakuru.
"We conceded two questionable penalties and that threw the players off balance for a while. However, my side has to take the blame too as we lost two clear chances that would have won us the match and taken us closer yo the playoff slot. We are working on our finishing ahead of the weekend clash," he offered.
The tactician adds that he will begin thinking of the Vihiga match after they have se used the points from Oserian as anything else would not help the squad remain focused for the task ahead.
