Police FC’s torrid run has seen them collect just a single victory in nine matches, a run that claimed head coach Dusan Stojanovic, who was replaced by Nicholas Muyoti.

After a slow burner, the game sparked to life in the final five minutes as Victor Kunyili scored for Bidco in the 85th minute, but on-form Yves Koutiama was on hand to salvage a point for Police in the 91st minute.
The Law Enforcers went into the match on a poor run of form, having won only one match since the turn of the year and lost their last encounter against Bandari FC.
The situation was even more bleak for Bidco, who were on a 13-match winless streak, including back-to-back 2-1 losses against Murang'a Seal and Gor Mahia respectively.
The match started on a high tempo, both teams opting to use long balls in their attacks with an aim to get an early goal, but none could find any by the fifth minute when the game began to settle.
Police had the first chance of the match in the seventh minute when Harambee Stars defender Aboud Omar hit the target with his free kick after Mark Okola had brought down Yves Koutiama.
Koutiama would then be the recipient of the first big chance in the 10th minute when he was put through on goal by Brian Chonjo but with the goalkeeper to beat, Issa Emuria pulled a spectacular save to deny the on-form Burkina Faso forward.
The Burkinabe forward had another go at goal in the 15th minute when he picked a loose ball outside the box, unleashed a shot that went inches over the bar.
Bidco had a go at goal two minutes later through Thomas Wainaina, who brought in an enticing cross, but none of his teammates were there to connect with it.
At the hour mark, Harambee Stars midfielder Marvin Nabwire tried his luck from long range, but it was not enough to trouble Issa Emuria in the Bidco goal.
The Law Enforcers continued to push for an opener, largely through crosses from the flanks by Albert Otieno and Geoffrey Onyango, but Bidco stood tall to take a goalless draw to halftime.
The Thika-based outfit had a good start to the second half, enjoying possession in the first five minutes and threatening with crosses from Wainaina.
The defending champions regained control in the 50th minute and had their fair share of chances through Edward Omondi and Koutiama, but the goal was still elusive.
Bidco’s Collins Akite was put through on goal five minutes later, but his shot from a tight angle was well saved by Job Ochieng in the Police goal.
As Police continued to push for a goal, they introduced Ambrose Sifuna, Clinton Kinanga and Eric Zakayo for Omondi, Otieno and Chonjo.
Sifuna pounced on a loose ball inside the box in the 80th minute, hit a ferocious shot, but the impressive Emuria once again stood tall between the sticks to make an impressive save.

Bidco capitalised on Police’s gaping holes at the back, and in the 85th minute, they launched a counterattack where Wainaina found Kunyili with a long ball that the winger looped past the oncoming Job Ochieng to break the deadlock.
Police reacted to going down by intensifying attacks that finally bore fruit in the 91st minute when Koutiama met a ball behind the defense and chested it past Emuria and into the empty net to ensure the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
In effect, Police rose to fifth with 29 points, 11 less than league leaders Gor Mahia, while Bidco rose to 16th with as many points.
