Fight for life in the stands overshadows Barca's storm in Cadiz

The match was interrupted in the 81st minute as a home fan collapsed after suffering a heart attack

Barcelona's another inspiring performance embellished by as many as four goals in Cadiz net succumbed to irrelevance after one home fan suffered a heart attack in the stands.

Thanks to a quick reaction from both players and medical staff, the fan's life was saved, and the game - which was temporarily interrupted in the 81st minute - resumed after a half-an-hour-long hiatus.

Before that, Xavi's boys had been pouncing that stubborn yellow wall for almost 60 minutes before Frenkie de Jong found a pocket of space to put his side 1-0 up.

The Catalan team propelled after that. They could play more calmly, more confidently, and it was blatantly apparent on the pitch.

Ten minutes later, the Blaugrana doubled their lead through unplayable Lewandowski, who netted his sixth LaLiga goal (along with three UCL goals).

After the match resumed, Ansu Fati and Dembele added two more for a comfortable 4-0 victory. Xavi's machine is thriving.
