While the eyes of the whole football world are on North America and the World Cup, Real Madrid are working hard on building a star-studded team for Jose Mourinho.
Yesterday, Los Blancos completed the signing of Bernardo Silva, and today, the club announced the arrival of Ibrahima Konate on its official website.

The Frenchman signed a four-year deal with his new side and will head to Santiago Bernabeu once his World Cup campaign with Les Bleus is over.
Konate's contract with Liverpool is set to expire, and even though there were certain rumours about the potential renewal, the defender eventually chose Madrid, following in the footsteps of Trent Alexander-Arnold, who also moved to the Spanish capital from Anfield.
In doing so, Konate joined the group of high-profile reinforcements Los Blancos had recently brought in: Marc Cucurella and the aforementioned Bernardo Silva, with Denzel Dumfries’ move also nearing completion.
Last season, the 27-year-old was one of the rare bright spots in Liverpool's underwhelming campaign and will definitely be a significant asset for Mourinho's back line, joining the strong group of centre-backs, including Eder Militao, Raul Asencio, Antonio Rudiger, and Dean Huijsen.
