Outstanding Nzoia players feted in club's end of season gala
Kenyan international Kevin Juma has had his efforts in the recently concluded Football Kenya Federation Premier League season recognized again after being named the club's Most Valuable Player in the annual gala awards held on Friday.
The defensive midfielder was first rewarded big time in March when Harambee Stars head coach Jacob 'Ghost' Mulee handed him his maiden call to the national team and subsequent debut, coming off the bench in the final Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Togo.
The surprise call up seemingly opened chances for the 25-year old as a number of teams are reportedly eyeing his signature thanks to the show he put throughout the season.
Nzoia Sugar FC have feted their players for exemplary show during the 2020/21 season.

The forward whose signature is being heavily sought after is said to be on his way to Ulinzi Stars. The longest serving player at the club and skipper Peter Gin picked the most disciplined player award.
The midfielder thanked the management for recognizing their efforts and promised to step up their performances next season.
"We are happy that the club organized the end of season awards ceremony. This will motivate the players ahead of the pre-season. It such initiatives which makes us to go the extra mile on the pitch," he said.
