Jan Ochieng honoured the invite to train with Turkish giants Fatih Karagumruk and according to his father, did well.
Kenyan youngster Jan Ochieng, 21, recently secured a coveted training opportunity with Turkish Premier League powerhouse Fatih Karagumruk.
This rare chance for Ochieng, who currently plies his trade with Dutch lower-tier club CSV Apeldoorn, marked a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.
Speaking exclusively to Mozzart Sport, Ochieng's father, Paul Ochieng, revealed the family's decision to embrace this unique opportunity despite it occurring during a holiday break.
"We thought it was a good opportunity for him to train at such a high level, so we accepted the invite," he explained.
