Mozzart Bet backs MOFA striker’s boyhood club with new kits, footballs

When gaming giants, Mozzart Bet, visited Dol FC, a grassroots outfit based in Homa Bay County, one name was on the lips of the players and members of the technical bench.

Emmanuel Ochieng's name dominated all the discussions, with club officials and players present speaking glowingly of the youngster in his absence.

They all heaped genuine praises on the young man, who had singlehandedly elevated Dol FC's profile, following his transfer to National Super League (NSL) side Michael Olunga Football Academy FC (MOFA).

Coach George Amenya and his charges consider him the club's greatest export and a living example of how hard work and discipline can break barriers for a dedicated player.

When contacted, MOFA's head of communications and marketing, Bonface Osano, confirmed that indeed Ochieng was attached to the club, albeit with the junior side.

To boost Amenya's search for more exports, Mozzart Bet donated 23 full kits and two footballs to the club, which was recently promoted to the Homa Bay County League.

"We are grateful to Mozzart Bet for kitting our team. The support will go a long way in helping us dominate in the County League.

Most importantly, it will fuel our hunger to produce more players for the top leagues," said the tactician.

The team received the donation courtesy of the firm's initiative dubbed New Jerseys' for New Champions, which aims to uplift teams at the bottom of the football pyramid.

Skipper Boniface Kizito also joined Amenya in appreciating the sporting material, while expressing optimism in leading the team to punch a ticket to the Regional League.

"We thank Mozzart Bet for visiting us with goods. We promise to work hard and secure promotion to the Regional League, as well as strive to earn moves to the Premier League and other bigger competitions, " remarked the centre back.
