Pedro Neto's magic - including a goal straight from a corner - powers the Blues into the next round
Chelsea became the first team to reach the FA Cup last 16 (alongside Wrexham) after dismantling Hull City 4-0 away on Friday night.
The Blues did it without Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro and Enzo Fernandez.
On the other hand, Hull, flying high in the Championship and dreaming of Premier League promotion, were expected to put up a fight, but they didn't. The difference-maker? Pedro Neto.
1909 - Pedro Neto's hat-trick tonight was the first by a Chelsea player on a Friday since George Hilsdon scored three against Middlesbrough in January 1909, and the first ever by a top-flight player in a match on Friday the 13th. Freaky. pic.twitter.com/VwuXvgOJa8

The Portuguese winger produced the first senior hat-trick of his career and crowned it with a jaw-dropping Olympic goal from a corner kick. It was a vicious delivery at the near post that somehow slipped through goalkeeper Dillon Phillips' legs and into the net. Intentional? Maybe not. Devastating? Absolutely.
Neto had already opened the scoring late in the first half. In the 51st minute, he doubled the lead with that outrageous corner. Twenty minutes from time, he completed his treble after a slick one-two with Liam Delap. Match ball secured, and headlines guaranteed.

And if Neto hadn't stolen the show, the spotlight might have fallen on Estevao and Delap - at least for their first-half misses. The Brazilian somehow failed to score into an empty net after rounding the keeper, while Delap fluffed an even clearer chance minutes later. Both redeemed themselves: Delap with a hat-trick of assists, Estevao with a goal that made him the highest-scoring teenager (seven in all competitions) in a single Premier League-era season for the club.
Liam Rosenior's men didn't just advance. They sent a message, too.
