He has reportedly been told to watch the rest of the season from the stands by manager Senol Gunes
Dele Alli's deterioration is nowhere near its end.
According to British media, the 26-year-old player has reportedly been told to watch the remainder of the Besiktas' season in the Turkish Super Lig from the stands as his misery continues.
Alli has made 15 appearances for the Turkish giants since joining on loan from Everton but has been a shadow of his former self - struggling for confidence and unable to produce quality stuff.
The former Tottenham star was absent from Besiktas squad for their wins over Ankaragucu and Istanbul Basaksehir this month - with new boss Senol Gunes totally unimpressed by his displays.
Gunes had slammed Alli back in January, insisting the midfielder 'doesn't deserve to play'.
Gunes had previously told of how he was struggling to get performances out of the fallen England international.
"I couldn't affect the players [yet], now I can easily get through to them, but we haven't got through to Dele Alli yet," he said.
"Let's not discuss Dele Alli as a player, but he is below expectations in terms of efficiency."
