Saudi clubs are after Vini and Salah

Both players will be approached in June 2026
The initial fire in Real has been extinguished. Xabi Alonso and the club parted ways, Alvaro Arbeloa came in from Castilla and calmed things down. The egos in the locker room are not at piece and former Real player seems to have done well in that department. There are reports that he actually just allowed Vinicius and Kylian Mbappe to take control of the dressing room. So, for now, the problem is solved. But everything will be clearer when the season ends. It will depend much on the trophies won (or not won) and maybe Real will get a new coach or Arbeloa will stay in charge. But the question about Vinicius Jr. will remain unresolved and there is the reason for that – the Saudi clubs will go after him.
British Telegraph reports that a number of biggest Saudi clubs will go after Vinicius but also Mohamed Salah, who at 33 is nearing his football end. The good thing about their which to sign him is also his frosty relationship with Arne Slot, which might make life easier for them when they approach him in June. The first reason for their interest in these two players are their contracts, which are running out in 2027, which makes them ideal candidates for a transfer. The other reason also refers to contracts, but this time to contacts for Saudi stars - Sadio Mane and Cristiano Ronaldo. Basically, the Saudi clubs want to change the aging stars with new ones, but younger. Off course, Salah is far from young, but given that he is such a big player, and also a Muslim Arab from Egypt changes things.
Vinicius is a different story. He fits the bill at only 25, and he is unsettled in Real, or at least he was until Alonso went. What will happen between now and May is a crucial thing. Arbeloa has been given a task (among other things) to make Vinicius feel important and Real will try to negotiate his contract again. If something happens and the deal fails, the Brazilian will be an easy target for the Saudi clubs. But if he patches things up with Real and their fans, he will have to choose between billions and staying in Madrid, and in that case, Florentino Perez is always in advantage.
