Argentinian coach could have a Brazilian star back playing under him as one of the most interesting transfers ever. However, Everton are in for the fight also.

Yes, transfers such as Neymar to PSG, Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus, Sergio Aguero to Barcelona are the ones attracting the most attention.

But there are also those when a huge name puts on a shirt of a smaller club. It is usually nothing too involving, however if that player is Real Madrid's Marcelo, if the 'small' club is Leeds United, if the league he is coming to is arguably the best league in the world and if he might be playing under a coaching wizard such as his namesake Bielsa - then it is a transfer that brings a smile to any football fan's face.

According to the Mirror, Brazilian left back is reportedly not in Carlo Ancelotti’s plans and his agents are looking for a new engagement.

In his incredible 14 year spell with Los Blancos, Marcelo has won an astonishing five La Liga titles, four Champions Leagues and four FIFA Club World Cups.

It seems his stay at Bernabeu is closing to an end - he played just 19 games for the Spanish giants last season and with his contract up in 12 months, Madrid are looking to earn some money in these strange times - around 7 million USD (755 million KSH).

The Brazilian would prefer a move to England or Italy - with the former club of Real Madrid's new manager looking closest to getting Marcelo's signature, report claims.

Everton could use his experience, creativeness and technique and he has his compatriots Richarlison, Bernard and Allan welcoming him at Goodison Park.

Leeds are also in the picture and regardless of the club - Marcelo wants a minimum of a two-year contract.

The 33-year-old left-back's services are in demand and the Toffees of Liverpool are in the pole position to sign him.

But - just imagine him playing as a part of Leeds' attacking dynamics and under Bielsa's incredible management. What a sight that would be...
