The event is set to attract a strong field of club golfers aiming to book their spots at the series Grand Finale, scheduled for later this year at Karen Country Club.
Competitors in Nanyuki will contest for top honours across multiple categories, including Overall Gross Winners for men and ladies, runners-up in both divisions, third and fourth best overall gross, as well as the junior title.
The wide range of categories reflects the competitive and inclusive nature of the series as it continues its nationwide circuit.
Attention shifts to Nanyuki following the previous qualifier at Kenya Railway Golf Club, where Franklin Kipyator and Aisha Duba delivered standout performances to top Division I.
Kipyator fired an impressive round of 69 gross to claim the Overall Men’s Gross title, showcasing precision and consistency throughout his round.
In the ladies’ category, Duba carded 89 gross to secure the Overall Lady’s Gross title after a composed performance under challenging conditions.

A field of 80 golfers is expected to compete for crucial Order of Merit points, as well as a share of the Ksh500,000 prize purse.
Defending champion Elvis Muigua returns in pursuit of a third consecutive title, having won the 2024 and 2025 editions.
He headlines a strong field that includes Isaac Makokha, Michael Warigia and Maahir Patel, among other top amateurs.
Speaking ahead of the weekend action, NCBA Group Managing Director John Gachora reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to growing the sport.
“The NCBA Golf Series continues to play an important role in growing the game by providing golfers across the country with a platform to compete and connect.
We are encouraged by the increasing participation at every leg and look forward to another exciting weekend in Nanyuki as players pursue qualification for the Grand Finale.
At the same time, the momentum within the Kenya Amateur Golf Championship circuit highlights the strength and depth of amateur golf in Kenya,” he said.
