According to Spanish media, Real Madrid's president went down after the Betis tie to talk to the Italian gaffer

Dark clouds have gathered around the Santiago Bernabeu as the Royals are facing a series of setbacks in the domestic championship. After the latest Betis draw, Real Madrid are nine points behind their archrival Barcelona and the mission of defending the home title seems almost impossible to complete even before mid-March.

That's why the club's president Florentino Perez is starting to lose patience, as he went down to the dressing room after Sunday's game to have a chat with coach Carlo Ancelotti.

According to Relevo, Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini was the first to speak to the press after the match, whereas traditionally, the away coach reaches the press room first.

The reason is apparently Perez's discontent about the game and some of Ancelotti's moves during the match.

"It is no longer a secret that Perez was frustrated after the Spanish Supercup defeat and was unhappy with the line-up and changes in the Madrid derby the previous week. Defeat in El Clasico last Thursday will not have aided matters, and once again, Perez felt against Betis that Ancelotti could and should have done things differently," reports FootballEspana.
