Naibois will host the first leg of the tie on Saturday, 18 October, before making the long trip to North Africa on Saturday, 25 October.
FKF Premier League side Nairobi United booked a date with Tunisian giants Étoile Sportive du Sahel (ESS) after sealing qualification to the second preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC) qualifiers.
Naibois sealed qualification to the second round after securing a 1-1 draw in the second leg of their first preliminary round against Ugandan side NEC FC in a match played on Saturday, 27 September, at the Nyayo National Stadium.

NEC took the lead in the 26th minute through a Waibi shot for a halftime lead, but a spirited effort from the home side led to a 65th-minute equalizer courtesy of Duncan Omalla.
The result followed a 2-2 draw in the first leg played a week earlier in Uganda, which in the end ensured that Naibois proceed to the second round on the away goals rule.
In the second preliminary round qualifiers, Naibois will square off against an even tougher opponent in ESS.
The Tunisian club has made headlines in the Kenyan media in recent weeks after they secured the signature of Harambee Stars defender Alphonce Omija.
Following an impressive performance at the recently concluded 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), Omija attracted interest from several clubs, including European clubs, but it was ESS that managed to sign him from Kenyan giants Gor Mahia.
ESS qualified to the second round after a 3-0 victory over Sudanese side Madani in a match played at the 40,000-seater Stade Olympique de Sousse in Tunisia on Saturday, 27 September.
The win followed a 1-0 victory for the Sudanese side in the first leg fixture played a week earlier in Sudan.
While Omija has featured in every league match for ESS since his arrival, the 22-year-old is ineligible to feature in the preliminary rounds of the CAFCC as he joined the club after the deadline for player registration.
Naibois will host the first leg of the tie on Saturday, 18 October, before making the long trip to North Africa on Saturday, 25 October.
