The Spanish coach made several changes to the starting lineup for the match against Nice, but even that was enough for a convincing 4–0 victory
The momentum that Paris Saint-Germain picked up against Chelsea in the Premier League continues in the domestic championship. Luis Enrique decided to rest some players, while others were unavailable due to injury, but the lineup he fielded was still more than capable of securing a convincing win. In the end, it finished 4–0, as the Parisian side continues to build strong form in the final stretch of the season.

The game started with early intent from PSG, as Nuno Mendes tested the Nice defense in the 10th minute, firing just wide after a corner situation. Two minutes later, the Parisians combined well through Mayulu and Doue, with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia forcing a solid save from Diouf.
Nice responded through set pieces, with Clauss delivering dangerous balls into the box, but they failed to capitalize—Ndayishimiye coming closest but unable to connect properly.
PSG continued to threaten, with Kvaratskhelia looking lively on the left and Zabarnyi nearly scoring from a Vitinha free-kick, only to be denied by an excellent save. Nice had a golden opportunity in the 35th minute when Clauss delivered a perfect cross, but Wahi failed to convert from close range.
The hosts came even closer shortly after, as Kvaratskhelia’s header seemed destined for an empty net before Bah produced a last-ditch clearance. Moments later, the referee pointed to the spot after a handball by Sanson, confirmed following a VAR review. Nuno Mendes stepped up in the 42nd minute and confidently converted the penalty, giving PSG a deserved lead before halftime.
PSG wasted no time after the break. In the 49th minute, a well-worked move involving Vitinha, Mendes, and Kvaratskhelia ended with Doue smashing the ball into the net to double the advantage.
Nice’s hopes took a major hit in the 60th minute when Ndayishimiye received a red card after a dangerous challenge on Lee, leaving the visitors with ten men. From that point on, PSG controlled possession and created further chances, although Doue missed a clear opportunity shortly after.
Kvaratskhelia thought he had added a third goal in the 70th minute with a brilliant finish, but it was ruled out for offside. However, PSG eventually sealed the result in the 81st minute, when Dembele set up Fernandez, who cut inside and fired a precise low shot past Diouf to make it 3–0.
In the 85th minute, PSG added another goal through Zaire-Emery. The move started with a clever backheel from Dembele, which set up Beraldo on the right. He delivered a low pass into the box, and Zaire-Emery, from close range, managed to bundle the ball past Diouf—more through instinct and a bit of luck than a clean strike.
In the end, PSG’s quality, combined with Nice’s missed chances and red card, proved decisive as the Parisians cruised to a comfortable and fully deserved victory.
