The two siblings are widely considered as one of the success stories of the organisation, which seeks to instil hope and arm young boys and girls from less fortunate backgrounds with life skills, among them, football.
For a long time, the organisation was synonymous with grooming upcoming footballers, but it has since changed tack and incorporated other skills so as to fully bake the youngsters for the eventualities of life.
Photography, filmmaking, beauty courses, disc jockeying, among others, are skills that are offered at the institution located deep in the informal settlement of Kisumu City.
Crucially, raising awareness among members of the community and instilling commitment to fight against Gender Based Violence are lessons taught to young people at the centre.
Still, football remains their core business, as it is often seen as a powerful tool to transform the lives of the youngsters, as evidenced by the success stories of their former players.
When Mozzart Bet visited, CEO Anthony Oballa proudly displayed several former players, including the Omalas, former Shabana FC midfielder Shem Odinga, Rising Stars striker Louis Ingavi, among others.
Accompanying Oballa were tens of players and coaches who helped explain the short and long-term goals of the centre, as well as their challenges.
Lack of modern uniforms and footballs was listed as a problem the centre was grappling with, thanks to a funding deficit and the huge number of players calling the institution home.
However, Oballa and the players had reasons to smile as Mozzart Bet donated 23 full kits and two footballs, in line with the firm's commitment to uplift grassroots clubs.
"We are grateful to Mozzart Bet for giving these kids reasons to enjoy the game of football more. It means a lot to them, and the entire Manyatta fraternity," remarked Oballa.
The administrator pledged to unearth more talents within Kisumu City and its environs and guide them to live purposeful lives.
"I have lost count of the number of players who have passed through my hands. This support will definitely encourage me to work harder and tap more talents," added Oballa.
