
NSL: Mathare United take on Bullets as Mara invites Migori

Four matches are scheduled to be played on Sunday across different venues
The 2008 Kenyan Premier League champions, Mathare United, will be hoping to register their first win in the National Super League when they host Mulembe United at the Police Pavilion grounds on Sunday.
Mathare started the second-tier season with a barren draw against Migori Youth last weekend in Migori and will hope to bag maximum points for the first time in the season.
They host Mulembe who lost 2-1 to the high-flying Kajiado FC in the opening game of the season.
Mathare were relegated from the top tier last season after finishing second from the bottom and just above Vihiga Bullets, who were not spared either by the axe.
In other matches set to be played on Sunday, Mara Sugar will be out to make it two in two when they take on Migori and the Awendo Green Stadium.
Mara beat Mombasa Stars 1-0 last weekend and will be seeking to capitalize on home advantage and gather more points.
Nairobi United will also be in the hunt for a second win as the debutants are scheduled to play Kisumu All Stars at the Kasarani Annex.
Nairobi floored Kibera Black Stars 2-0 in their season’s opener, while All Stars played Silibwet Leons to a 1-1 draw in Kisumu.
Meanwhile, the duo of Dimba Patriots and Vihiga Bullets will be hoping to redeem themselves when they face off at the Mumias Sports Complex.
Dimba fell 3-2 to Naivas in their last outing, while Bullets were thrashed 5-1 by Gusii.
