Ulinzi Starlets forward Elizabeth Mideva is set to compete in the prestigious UEFA Women's Champions League (UEFA CL) after sealing a deal with Lithuanian club, FC Gintra.
Mideva has been a sensation for the military outfit, with her exploits attracting interest from local and international clubs.

However, it was the Lithuanian side that won the race for her signature, as revealed by Ulinzi Starlets through their official social media handles.
“Ulinzi Starlets is delighted to announce that we have reached an agreement with FC Gintra of Lithuania's top-flight women's league, Moterų A Lyga, for the transfer of our prolific striker, Elizabeth Mideva,” read the post by Ulinzi.
Ulinzi went ahead to appreciate the remarkable contribution of Mideva to the team, listing her statistics.
“Elizabeth joined Ulinzi Starlets immediately after completing her high school education at Archbishop Njenga Girls High School in Kakamega County.
Her remarkable performances saw her score 13 goals in just 10 league matches, an outstanding achievement that reflected her quality, determination, and clinical finishing in front of goal.
