Ahead of today's games, Kenya Police Bullets are still at the summit of the league table having kept a 100% record start to the league, and securing 15 points from five matches.
Naivasha-based Trinity Starlets are second with 13 points, while Kenyan giants Vihiga Queens close the top three with 11 points to their name.
The bottom of the table is composed of Nyanza-based teams.
Kisumu City sides Kisumu All Starlets and Kisped Queens are last and second last respectively, both with one point, and are joined in the relegation zone by Homabay-based Gideon Starlets.
Kisumu All Starlets will have an opportunity to move up the table and earn their first win of the season when they host varsity side Zetech Sparks at the Moi Stadium, Kisumu from noon.
All Starlets head into the game on the back of a 3-0 loss to league newbies Gideon Startlets, preceded by a 9-0 beating in the hands of Kenya Police Bullets.
The lakeside outfit will be hoping that the week-long preparations have helped in tightening their defense, and hopeful that their home advantage can propel them to a win that would potentially take them out of the relegation zone.
Zetech, on the other hand, will be seeking to return to winning ways after battling to a goalless draw with Vihiga Queens in their last match.
A win for the varsity side will move them from seventh to third on the league standings, even as they purposely avoid being in the relegation matrix.
In the other match of the day, ninth-placed Bungoma Queens will host Gideon Starlets, who are 10th, at the Bungoma Polytechnic from 1300 hrs.
Bungoma suffered a 4-0 humiliation against Police Bullets in their last match, and are eyeing Gideon scalp in their bid to return to winning ways.
After four losses in their top flight debut, Gideon managed a win over Kisumu All Starlets, and will be hoping to continue with the mode against Bungoma Queens.
