The first half was a tight and balanced affair with both teams struggling to create clear cut chances.
The first half seemed destined for a barren draw only for Margaret Odiro to slot into an empty net in the final moments of the added time.
Odiro was at the right place and at the right time to tap in after Kibera goalkeeper Vivian Shinyonzo spilled Lucy Nato's strike.
The military were back at it in the second half, adding a second through an 84th minute strike by Elizabeth Mideva, a goal that sealed the maximum points.
With the win, Ulinzi leapfrogged Vihiga to go second on the log with 26 points, and left them two shy of league leaders Police Bullets.
