NBA: Cavs gamble away 7-point lead in final in 48 seconds, GSW smash T-Wolves

A day after their boss became Coach of the Season, Cleveland unbelievably lost to the Pacers at home and went 2-0 down in the series, while Curry and Co. taught Minnesota a lesson on the road
Indiana have become the trickiest team in the entire NBA league! Not only did they take a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference semi-finals against Cleveland, noting two road wins in Ohio, but they also spoiled Cavs boss Kenny Anderson's Coach of the Year Award celebration.
However, how they managed to steal Game 2 from the Cavaliers last night is absolutely mind-blowing. Namely, the Pacers were trailing seven point with 48 seconds to go and in the end triumphed thanks to Tyrese Haliburton's buzzer beater!

Moreover, since the 1997/1998 season, 1643 times one of the teams had a lead of seven points or more in the final minute of the game, and only three times did the losing team bounce back to win. Two of those three victories were courtesy of Indiana, and both happened in the last eight days (?!) - once against Milwaukee on the last day of April and the second time last night against the Cavs!
Despite scoring the winning three-pointer, Haliburton wasn't the most efficient Pacers player, as Aaron Nesmith and Myles Turner, who had 23 points each, took that role.
On the other hand, Donovan Mitchell's exceptional performance and 48 points weren't enough for the Cavs to avoid defeat, as the Ohio crew is now on the verge of elimination. If Indiana manage to defend their home court in the following two clashes, the top seed in the East will be knocked out.
In the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors continued to "school" their rivals the way they did in their most glorious days. After eliminating Houston, Steph Curry and Co. smashed Minnesota on the road 99-88, led by the fantastic Buddy Hield, who poured on 24 points, followed by Jimmy Butler with 20.
Anthony Edwards noted 23 points and 14 rebounds for the Timberwolves, though the popular Ant and his teammates must be much better in the remainder of the semi-final series.
