Americans finished in the top three places with Kenya's Eunice Kadogo clocking 24.46 seconds.
American sprint sensation Sha'Carri Richardson clocked 22.07 to set a new meeting record on her debut at the one-day Kip Keino Classic.
Coming into the race as the overwhelming favorite, the American lived up to expectations, well ahead of the chasing pack at the bend to put at least 10 m between her and the rest of the field.
So dominant was she that, with about 30m to the finish line, she slowed down and had time to celebrate, urging the crowd to cheer on with her hands while flying through the finish line well ahead of second-placed Kyra Jefferson who clocked her season best time of 22.77.
The United States was dominant as Ray Shannon completed the podium places in a personal best time of 22.82 seconds.
