Juventus chiefs have decided to start building a team now, after a disappointing season, that will compete for the title next year
Juventus are gearing up for a major overhaul this summer, with Damien Comolli and Luciano Spalletti intent on building an "instant team" that can immediately challenge for the Scudetto. The club’s leadership is setting its sights on established stars such as Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker and Manchester City playmaker Bernardo Silva, aiming to inject both quality and experience into the squad.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, the Turin giants are shifting their transfer philosophy—moving away from long-term projects and focusing instead on players who can deliver right away. After extending their contracts, Comolli and Spalletti have agreed on a clear plan: bring in three or four top-level reinforcements capable of raising the overall standard of the team from day one.

Among the names on their radar is Marseille’s Pierre-Emile Høojbjerg, viewed as an ideal midfield leader and potentially available for around €15 million. Meanwhile, deals for Alisson and Silva would represent far more ambitious moves. Silva, in particular, is an appealing opportunity given that he is expected to become a high-profile free agent when his contract runs out in June.
In attack, much will depend on Dusan Vlahovic’s contract situation, as well as decisions regarding Lois Openda and Jonathan David. Juventus are also considering a renewed push for Randal Kolo Muani once his loan spell at Tottenham ends in July.
Balancing the books will be a key challenge, especially with competition from clubs like Barcelona in the race for Silva. Their performances in Serie A between now and the end of the season could prove decisive, particularly in securing Champions League qualification—something that would significantly boost their financial flexibility for these big-name pursuits.

Looking ahead, negotiations with Manuel Locatelli and Vlahovic are expected to play a crucial role in shaping the club’s budget and determining how much can be invested in these ambitious, so-called "dream" additions.
