Besides going eleven points clear at the top, Nairobi will also be hoping to return to winning ways following their draw against Samwest in their last game
National Super League leaders Nairobi United will seek to stretch their lead when they face debutants 3K FC on Friday at Dandora Stadium.
Nairobi United sit on top of the league table with 63 points, eight ahead of the second-placed APS Bomet, with Naivas and Darajani Gogo ranking third and fourth with 50 points apiece.
Victory against the league newcomers could see the Naibois go eleven points clear should results in the other Round 32 matches go their way.
Besides going eleven points clear, the Nicholas Muyoti-coached side will also be keen to get back to winning ways after a draw against Samwest Blackboots in their league match.
3K, on the other hand, will find motivation from their form in the last three games that has seen them win two and share points once to sit ninth on the log with 43 points.
The first leg match between the two sides played on 11 December 2024 ended in a barren draw.
At Sudi Stadium, another promotion chasing side Kibera Black Stars will face Nzoia Sugar from 1400 hrs, a match that is crucial in the race for the Premier League slots.
Black Stars have, on many occasions and especially in the last five matches, stabbed their promotion chances after winning only two of their last five matches.
A win for the Kibera-based side will take their points tally to 52 and second on the log, at least before Naivas and Gogo play their match.
Victory for Nzoia, will improve on their tally to 30 points and lift them to 15th on the log.
In the first leg played on 11 December 2024 at Jamhuri Sports Complex, Kibera produced a comeback to get a 2-1 win with James Apeth scoring a winner in the 91st minute.
