The headline clash will take place at Mashuru Complex in Kajiado where league leaders Mombasa United will be away taking on promotion-chasing Equity FC.
Mombasa United currently sit comfortably at the summit of the 20-team standings with 46 points, enjoying a three-point cushion at the top.
The coastal side arrives in confident mood after assembling an impressive six-match winning run.
Coach Gilbert Selebwa will be keen to see his side stretch that streak to seven successive victories as they continue their push for promotion.
However, concern remains over the leaders’ away form, having managed just four wins on the road this season.
Any slip-up could hand second-placed Migori Youth FC an opportunity to close the gap or even topple them from the summit.
Standing in their way is a determined Equity side that has impressed in their debut campaign.
The “Bankers,” coached by John Kamara, have proved to be a formidable unit since earning promotion at the start of the season.
Currently fourth with 37 points, Equity will be targeting maximum points that could see them cross the 40-point mark and potentially displace Michael Olunga Football Academy (MOFA) from third place and into an automatic promotion slot.
Equity will also be seeking redemption after suffering a 2–0 defeat to Mombasa United in the first-leg meeting earlier in the season.
Elsewhere, attention shifts to Vapour Grounds for an eagerly awaited Kibra derby where Darajani Gogo host Kibera Black Stars.
Kibera Black Stars, currently sixth on 33 points, remain firmly in the promotion conversation and will head into the clash seeking maximum points to strengthen their push.
Backed by Rubis Energy, coach Iddi Badi and his charges will also be eager to avenge the 1–0 defeat they suffered in the first-leg meeting.
For Darajani Gogo, however, the derby carries added significance.
The side has endured a difficult spell since the departure of coach Andrew Ongwae and heads into the clash winless in eight matches.
Under coach Kelly Ogutu, Gogo are now dangerously close to the relegation zone and will be desperate to secure their first victory since the turn of the year.
At the Raila Odinga Stadium, Michael Olunga Football Academy will welcome Naivas FC in another intriguing encounter.
The Harambee Stars captain Michael Olunga funded side heads into the match seeking to bounce back from a narrow 1–0 defeat to Mombasa United a fortnight ago, a result that halted their surge up the table and dented their title ambitions.
After sitting out last weekend without league action, coach Charles Bruno is hoping his side returns refreshed and ready to reignite their campaign.

Speaking ahead of the match, Bruno downplayed suggestions of pressure while acknowledging the need to sharpen his side’s attacking edge.
“The league is very competitive and every team is capable of causing upsets. But on pressure, no, I am not under pressure to win against Naivas. What we need is to get positive results,” Bruno said.
“We have had a bit of a drop in our striking in recent matches, but it is something we have worked on during the week. The players look sharp and I am optimistic they will soon start scoring again.”
MOFA currently sit third with 38 points, and victory would see them move to 41 points while keeping them firmly in the promotion race.
Naivas, however, arrive determined to rewrite what has largely been an underwhelming campaign.

The Naivas supermarket-backed side, coached by Elvis Ayani, has shown signs of resurgence after registering back-to-back victories that have lifted them to tenth place with 31 points.
A win would move them to 34 points and potentially pull them closer to the promotion mix.
In Murang’a, league debutants Kabati Youth FC will take on Fortune Sacco FC as both sides look to return to winning ways.
Kabati Youth, coached by Haji Bilali, head into the match aiming to bounce back after last weekend’s defeat to Kibera Black Stars.
The newcomers have nonetheless produced a steady run in recent weeks, winning three, drawing once and losing twice in their last six outings.
Sitting 14th on 24 points, they will be targeting maximum points at home to move further away from the relegation zone.
Fortune Sacco, meanwhile, are desperate to halt a four-match winless run that recently led to the dismissal of coach Alfa Muchiri along with several members of his technical bench, leaving Vincent Nyaberi to steer the side forward.
Currently sixth on 33 points, a return to winning ways would propel the Kirinyaga-based outfit to 38 points and revive their promotion ambitions.
In another fixture at Gems Cambridge Grounds, former top-flight side Nairobi City Stars will host Mwatate United as the Nairobi side seeks to climb further up the standings and keep alive hopes of mounting a late push for promotion.
