Amza Moubarack Ndayou Ngamchiya normally arrives at the Mbaraki Grounds ahead of schedule for every Sunday training session, a habit developed just weeks after joining Bandari FC in 2025 from Tanzania Premier League side, Kagera Sugar FC.

His time discipline is driven by a desire to motivate young players through informal talks and to watch the budding talents in the Bandari Youth setup during their training sessions.
Moubarack admits the gesture is largely shaped by his Muslim values and the lessons he learned during his time at the Foundation Privée Samuel Eto'o Academy, where established footballers regularly took time to mentor youngsters before and after training sessions.
Among the renowned players he rubbed shoulders with at the academy were André Onana and Christian Bassogog before their careers took different paths.
The Cameroonian forward believes the guidance he received from senior players played a significant role in shaping the person he is today, a lesson he is now eager to pass on to the next generation at Bandari.
"Since our players at Bandari Youth are school-going children, I always set aside Sundays to watch them train. I also spend time talking to them in line with my faith. It is something I learned at the Samuel Eto'o Academy.

Listening to senior players can shape young footballers in one way or another. Our academy players are very dear to me," Moubarack told Mozzart Sport.
The striker, who began his career at the Limbe-based Njalla Quan Sports Academy before being recruited to the Samuel Eto'o Academy by Sporting Director Siewe Joseph Diallo, earned the Mozzart Bet Cup Humanitarian Cheque worth Ksh100,000 after a standout performance in the tournament's quarterfinal against Mfalme FC.
He scored four goals in a 5-2 victory over the Eldoret-based side, helping his team secure a place in the semifinals.
However, they were eliminated by the 2024 champions, Kenya Police FC, losing 5-3 in a penalty shootout after the match ended in a barren draw in regular time.
As part of his contribution to grassroots football development, he donated footballs, goalkeeping gloves, shin guards, an agility ladder, cones, training markers and shin guard holders.
The brief handover ceremony, held at Mbaraki, was graced by renowned coastal artists: Suleiman Chikuku Abdallah, alias Chikuzee and Yusuf Kombo, popularly known as Susumila.
"I am happy to not only motivate the players but also hand this donation to them. I am sure it will go a long way in boosting their morale and their ambition to join the senior team.
I thank Mozzart Bet for this initiative. I can confidently say that I have seen the difference it can make," said the former Coastal Union forward.
Besides Coastal Union, Namungo and Kagera Sugar, he played for Cameroon top-flight side Batafogo FC, Apejes De Mfou. Further, he featured for: Cameroon U15, U17, U20, U23, Olympic team and the senior team for the 2020 CHAN tournament.
Meanwhile, Bandari Youth assistant coach, Fadhili Mzee, thanked Moubarack and Mozzart Bet for the kind donation, saying the huge number of kids require modern materials.
"We always have a challenge in terms of the number of players. We have the U12, U15 and the Youth team. With these kinds of numbers, we require material on a regular basis.
We truly thank Amza and Mozzart Bet for donating this material to us. It will certainly help us in moulding them, " said the CAF C license holder, who serves as one of the assistants to Alex Shikanga.
