Ingwe fans have been backing the club through thick and thin this season.
After AFC Leopards fans turned out in droves to support the team in the 3-0 thumping of Kenya Police FC, Peter Thiong’o has thanked the fans for their unwavering support.
Compared to previous games before the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic when fans were banned from stadiums, Ingwe fans are slowly returning to stadiums to support their team.

Despite results not being the best this season, Ingwe fans have backed their team with their support helping the club as they have only suffered a single loss in the last 16 games.
Thiong’o expressed gratitude to the fans who sacrifice their time and money to support the club noting their fan base has helped them register decent results.
“I would like to give it up to the fans who came in huge numbers to support the team, in our AFC Leopards family this is a huge thing.
They usually give us sufficient support and that is why we are able to play good football week in week out,” said Thiong’o.
