Odhiambo, in scintillating form, outshone a competitive field that included Hansel Ochieng of APS Bomet, Stephen Ochieng of Shabana, and Murang’a Seal defender Paul Ngugi, who were equally impressive throughout the month.

The former Kariobangi Sharks striker featured in five matches during the month, netting three goals, including a brace in Ulinzi Stars’ 3-1 triumph over Sofapaka and a decisive strike in the 1-0 victory against league debutants APS Bomet.

Additionally, he provided a crucial assist against Sofapaka, showcasing his all-around attacking prowess.

His clinical finishing proved instrumental in reversing Ulinzi Stars’ fortunes.

The team secured eight points out of a possible 15 in November, reflecting a marked improvement in performance and league positioning among the 18-team FKF Premier League.

Odhiambo’s goal-scoring consistency also saw him ascend to the summit of the league’s top scorers chart, concluding the month with five goals to his name.

Paul has been a revelation to Ulinzi Stars’ attacking line, which had largely been blunt before his arrival at the start of the ongoing 2025/26 campaign.

Since joining, he has netted six goals, instantly adding firepower and clinical edge to a squad eager to climb the league table.

In recognition of his exploits, Odhiambo received a personalised trophy and a cash prize of Ksh50,000, underscoring the league’s commitment to rewarding excellence on the pitch.

His achievement marks him as the second recipient of the monthly award, following Gor Mahia winger Sharif Musa, who claimed the inaugural accolade.

The initiative, designed to honour standout players and coaches, has already celebrated Gor Mahia head coach Charles Akonnor for his October performances.

Ulinzi Stars coach Stephen Ocholla, Shabana's Peter Okidi and Dusan Stojanovic of Kenya Police are the contenders for the November coach of the month accolade.
