Rohto Mentholatum 's extensive product range will not only enhance the recovery and performance of Kenya Harlequins teams but also contribute to the overall well-being of the athletes
Kenya Cup side Kenya Harlequin has signed a year-long deal with Rohto Mentholatum valued at Ksh.350,000.
The significant boost comes at a time when the team is celebrating its tenth-year partnership with Minet Kenya who renewed their commitment to the tune of Ksh1 million for this rugby season.
Club chairperson Victor Sudi is pleased with the development, noting that it would go a long way in ensuring players have sufficient products to aid during training and match days.
Sudi further lauded the two companies for their support to the team, promising bigger exploits from the boys.
"We are excited to embark on this comprehensive partnership with Rohto Mentholatum and are thrilled to celebrate ten years of partnership with Minet Kenya," said Sudi.
The administrator said Rohto Mentholatum 's extensive product range will not only enhance the recovery and performance of Kenya Harlequins teams but also contribute to the overall well-being of the athletes.
“Regarding Minet Kenya, their ongoing support has been instrumental in the club's achievements, and this renewed commitment demonstrates a shared dedication to the development and success of rugby in Kenya as a whole," he stated.
The club recently formed a ladies' team; Quin Queens, and the sponsorship will come in handy to support both teams.
Rohto Mentholatum will now serve as the official provider of a diverse range of products for the Kenya Harlequin teams which includes Gels, Sprays, Muscle Massage oils, Roll-On Gels and Lotions, Period Pain Patches and Rubs across their popular brands Deep Freeze, Deep Heat, and Deep Relief.
On the other hand, with a longstanding partner since 2014, Minet Kenya has played a crucial role in supporting Kenya Harlequin FC's endeavors, contributing to the growth and success of the club over the past decade in mitigating risks and providing insurance solutions for the club.
Kenya Harlequins placed fourth on the Kenya Cup table standings.
