The team will play in the Championship this season following relegation.
Nondescripts head coach Callum Oliver is looking to secure Kenya Cup promotion at the first time of asking following their relegation last season.
The record Kenya Cup champions posted a season-to-forget last campaign as they finished rock bottom having won only three games all season.
Oliver noted that they have their work cut out if they are to secure promotion back to the top flight as he touched on the rigorous nature of the Championship.
"I hope that this is the side that will take us back to the Kenya Cup but we do not take everything for granted, we have to train hard, and we have to play well.
No game is going to be easy with a lot of time spent on the road traveling, it is however a good side, they are growing and learning every week and that is the plan,” said Oliver.
Nondies are however on the road to redemption after finishing as runners-up in the Impala Floodlit Tournament after giving champions KCB RFC a run for their money in the final.
Oliver added that little has changed in his squad in terms of personnel but his young squad has matured and are looking to atone for their relegation error.
"This is essentially the same team from last season, we only lost one player, the guys are just a bit more mature and now they have a point to prove.
The boys were really disappointed after relegation, they took it personally and we have worked hard in preseason, we have our structures in place and we are beginning to see the fruits of it,” added Oliver.
