Kabras will face off against rivals KCB as Oilers face Quins
Defending Prinsloo 7s champions kept their hopes of clinching the title alive as they brushed off Homeboyz RFC to make the main cup quarter finals. The Gibson Weru coached side were joined in the last four by a hurting KCB, ocurrebt table toppers Kabras and Kenya Harlequin.
Kabras vs Nakuru
Kabras RFC picked up from where they left off on Saturday by hitting hosts Nakuru RFC 22-5 in the first quarter-final match of the day.

The Sugarmen will be making their third semifinal appearance after managing tries through Kenyan International Kevin Wekesa, Jone Kubu, Lameck Ambetsa, and William Muhanji as Nakuru scored their sole try via Paul Musesi.
"I am happy. It is not an easy task. KCB RFC is a worthy opponent that will match our strength, and agility. It is going to be a tough game, but we are upto the task," the soft-spoken Ayange said.
Strathmore Leos vs KCB Rugby
KCB Rugby kicked off their Prinsloo 7s day two campaign on a high, seeing off Strathmore Leos 14-7 in the second quarterfinal.
The Bankers were coming from a disappointing day one where they lost their final match to Kenya Harlequins 24-5 and they were keen to revenge. They scored through Vincent Onyala and Levy Amunga with Brian Wahinya added the extras.

"We are excited for the win. We have turned things around after losing the last game yesterday. We are playing Kabras RFC in the semis which is a good side. It is another dynamic that we need to get right," Amonde noted.
The students scored a converted try through Victor Mola.
Menengai Oilers vs Homeboyz RFC
Oilers defeated Homeboyz RFC 19-0 in the third quarterfinal match. The 2022 Prinsloo 7s defending champions were looking to fight tooth and nail to retain the title. They were also backed by a noisy home support.
Gibson Weru’s charges managed tries courtesy of Beldad Ogeta's brace. Dennis Abukuse also scored for the Oilers to further weaken the Deejayz.
"It has been a tough four games. Playing against Homeboyz was tough because they are a versatile side. It posed a challenge but I am happy we qualified for the semis.
We are playing a very formidable side, Quins who have done so well in the circuit. It is going to be am exciting challenge. We will plan to the best of our ability," Gibu said.
Mwamba RFC vs Kenya Harlequins
Kenya Harlequins were out to showcase their true-quin character, hitting Mwamba RfC 21-0 in the final quarterfinal match.
Quins scored through Felix Makokha, Mokoro, and Dave Mwaura. Amon Wamalwa added the extras.

Despite the win, Quins head coach Paul Murunga noted that his charges needed to work on their team work. The tactician observed that most of the tries were scored off individual brillian, emphasizing the need for team work in future matches.
"We did not play according to structure because most of the tries were due to individual brilliance. We need to work as a team and play on setpieces," Pau told Mozzart Sport.
The Quins will take on Oilers in the second semifinal match of the day.
