The former Kenya Cup champions are the only sides that are yet to win a game this season five games into the campaign
The 2021/2022 Kenya Cup season continues this weekend with match day six action taking centre stage on Saturday 15 January 2022 with clashes taking place in Nairobi, Nakuru and Kakamega.
With the games coming in thick and fast, the focus this weekend is on the lower end of the table where former champions Top Fry Nakuru and Impala Saracens occupy the last two places and only have a handful of games to turn around their season if they are to survive the chop.
The action continues this weekend in the #KenyaCup.

Nakuru, champions in 2013 and 2014 currently sit in 11th place, having amassed two points after drawing one and losing four of their five outings to date. They have an uphill battle against 1983 champions Mwamba in the early kickoff that takes place at the RFUEA Ground.
Mwamba come into this game on a high, having claimed their morale boosting first win of the season last weekend when they defeated Blak Blad 28-10 in Ruaraka and will be out to replicate that performance when they play a Nakuru side that lost 33-15 last weekend to Homeboyz.
Ten time Kenya Cup Champions Impala Saracens find themselves in unfamiliar territory as they occupy the 12th and last place in the country’s top tier. They have lost all five of their outings to date, and are yet to pick up a point to their name.
They head into Saturday’s home clash against Blak Blad too aware that another loss further jeopardizes their chances of maintaining their 25 year stay in the Kenya Cup and will be out to get their season on track with a massive performance against the varsity students. Blak Blad will on the other hand be fighting to pick up another win that will put daylight between them and the relegation zone.
Almost halfway through the season, Impala find themselves at the bottom of the log on zero points after losing their opening five games.
